Pressure vessels, one of the eight categories of special equipment under the jurisdiction of the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China, are divided into low-pressure, medium-pressure, high-pressure and ultra-high-pressure vessels according to the classification principle of the national special equipment catalog. Among them, the pressure vessel with a design pressure greater than or equal to 10Mpa and less than 100Mpa is a high-pressure vessel, and the manufacturing unit must obtain a production license of A2 or above.

The safety technical specification for special equipment "TSG07-2016 Licensing Rules for Special Equipment Production and Filling Units" is the basis for evaluating production units. For the approval of Class A2 high-pressure vessels, the above three aspects have more stringent requirements in terms of quantity and quality than Class D medium- and low-pressure vessels.
