"The first intelligent rock drilling robot for non-coal mines in China was officially put into use"
Hubei News, June 22 (Li Chennichang, Huang Mingyin) With the click of the mouse by the operator of the monitoring center, the intelligent rock drilling robot jointly developed by Xingfa Group and Kaishan Heavy Industry was drilled and drilled in the Shugangping phosphate mine in Xingshan, Hubei Province on the 21st. The relevant person in charge of Xingfa Group said that this is the first time that intelligent rock drilling robots have been put into use in non-coal underground mines in China.
Drilling is the first and most important step in underground mining. Although the rock drilling rig used in the past has mature technology, it has problems such as strong dependence on personnel and many operators, which is not conducive to safety risk management and control.
In recent years, Xingfa Group has invested nearly 400 million yuan to cooperate with domestic scientific research institutions, universities and equipment manufacturing enterprises to continue to carry out technical research and development such as localization, automation and intelligence of large-scale machinery and equipment in mines. A number of intelligent equipment such as automatic anchor cable trolleys and unmanned intelligent mining trucks have been put into use.
It is understood that the intelligent rock drilling robot put into use this time has successively overcome technical difficulties such as millimeter-level technology of precise positioning and high-precision scanning control error, joint loss and angle correction technology, and has made a series of high-end technological breakthroughs in equipment autonomous positioning, AI artificial intelligence, network communication, independent scanning and identification, etc.
Wang Song, technical director of Xingfa Group's Shugangping phosphate mine, introduced that the intelligent rock drilling robot can allow one person to remotely control three or even more rock drilling rigs at the same time. At the same time, the robot has the ability of one-key start-stop and one-key intervention, which can greatly reduce the number of underground drilling and blasting personnel, reduce production costs, and improve the safety level of mines.
"The R&D and application of intelligent rock drilling robots is another important achievement of Xingfa Group and Kaishan Heavy Industry in the development of new quality productivity in scientific and technological innovation." Peng Yali, deputy general manager of Xingfa Group Co., Ltd., said that within this year, Xingfa Group will apply intelligent rock drilling robots in all of the company's mines.
Song Zhenqi, academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and professor of Shandong University of Science and Technology, said that technologies such as intelligent rock drilling robots have broken the monopoly of foreign technology blockade and will make important contributions to the realization of intelligent mining in metal and non-metal mines across the country. On June 22, at the on-site press conference of the intelligent rock drilling robot jointly held by Zhejiang Kaishan Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. and Hubei Xingfa Chemical Group Co., Ltd., the first intelligent rock drilling robot suitable for non-coal underground mine scenarios in China was officially released.
More than 100 representatives from mining enterprises, scientific research institutions, colleges and universities from all over the country gathered in Shugangping Phosphate Mine, a national green mining development demonstration zone, to witness the historical moment when the first intelligent rock drilling robot in China was officially opened. Zhang Jian, member of the Standing Committee of the Xingshan County Party Committee and deputy county magistrate, Peng Yali, deputy general manager of Xingfa Group Co., Ltd., and Xia Jianhui, president of Kaishan Heavy Industry, attended the press conference and pressed the start button.
Under the common concept of innovation-driven, Xingfa Group and Kaishan Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. have successfully jointly developed the first intelligent rock drilling robot in China after 5 years of research. The equipment not only independently compiles and develops programs to break the problem of foreign technology blockade, but also pioneers new technologies such as scanning and positioning, automatic detection and correction and deviation correction, of which 19 technologies have obtained national patents, becoming the first intelligent equipment suitable for non-coal underground mining scenarios in China.
At the press conference, Kaishan intelligent rock drilling robot became the focus of attention. Under the comprehensive explanation by Xu Xuefeng, vice president and technical director of Kaishan Heavy Industry, the intelligent rock drilling robot's high-precision automatic scanning and full-process automatic control of the drilling process were newly demonstrated, bringing great surprise to the audience. Undoubtedly, its emergence is another important achievement achieved by my country's technology companies in the field of intelligent manufacturing. It marks the realization of full-process automation for rock drilling in domestic non-coal underground mines and adds new impetus to the construction of intelligent mines.
Based on the principles of technological innovation and green development, Kaishan Heavy Industry will continue to explore new paths for intelligent mine construction, assist the development of green mines, and promote sustainable development of the industry.
